lunch was a weight watchers meal. It was good, but I felt ... ick... afterwards. Why do I always look at the ingrediants AFTER I eat stuff? Yes, it was full of soy... and hydogenated soy, none the less *sigh* in TURKEY and MASHED POTATOES. WHY????
Anywho, also had a cheese stick and an apple for snack earlier, a black cherry yoghurt with the meal.
Tonight is company party buffet. I'm not telling anyone what I eat, lol!
